We are a Florida-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit, connecting residents with essential resources for job opportunities, education, and mental health. Our focus areas include workforce development in critical infrastructure sectors such as energy, logistics, and construction. By collaborating with community partners, we provide wraparound services that address individual and community needs, fostering holistic change.

Samyra Addison Boney, LMHC-QS Chief Program Officer
Veteran. Over 25 years in nonprofit management, and has collaborated on projects with the Department of Corrections, Central Florida Health Care, and public school systems. She is also a Board Member of Caya Health and Shalanda’s House.
