Building stronger communities, one resource at a time
Many communities face the challenge of insufficient resources, hindering their ability to thrive and progress. The lack of awareness and support in crucial industries further exacerbates this issue, limiting workforce development opportunities and community growth.
Montgomery Center of Excellence (MCOE) is a Florida foundation that aims to alleviate these challenges in order to build pathways to thriving communities. As a philanthropic organization established in 2022 and operating under the category 501(c) nonprofit, our mission is to address the critical issue of resource disparity.

We are dedicated to increasing awareness within industries and communities while supporting workforce initiatives, economic empowerment, healthcare and mental health awareness. Through strategic partnerships with various community organizations, we coordinate comprehensive wraparound services and life stabilization programs to create sustainable job opportunities, empowering communities to not just survive, but truly thrive.
